Josh started welding with his Dad at the age of 13 and knew pretty quickly that this was what he wanted to do as a long term career. As acting manager of Dynasty Fabrication, Josh brings over 15 years of experience and expertise to the team. He has a thorough knowledge of the welding process, fabrication techniques and understands computer aided designs (CAD). Always trying to improve his skills, he is AWS Certified in multiple welding processes. His years of experience has helped him to be efficient in bidding competitively and communicating with owners, no matter the size of the project. He truly believes in being proactive and providing solutions and strives to learn something new every day.
Josh was born and raised in the Willamette Valley. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors. He is also an avid dirt bike rider and car enthusiast.
Certifications/Qualification: AWS Certified – Multiple Processes, Forklift Certified, First Aid & CPR Training, Equipment Safe Operation Training.
Austin comes from a family with 3 generations of iron workers. He started welding in high school and from there went on to earn his certification in structural welding. He started his career working in the welding industry focusing on stairwells and railings. He came to Dynasty Fabrication as a way to learn more and expand his expertise. He has over 7 years of experience and is AWS Certified in multiple welding processes.
Austin loves the outdoors and spending time with his wife and dogs.
